Add New Post (your clothing item)

1. First Register
   • https://drawercompanion.com/membership-levels/
   • Choose Level “Free”. Click on Select button.
   • Fill out the registration information.
2. Then Login
   • https://drawercompanion.com/login
3. To manage all clothes and drawers: Go to:
   • https://drawercompanion.com/wp-admin/
4. On the left sidebar go to posts. Then click Add New Post. Or go to:
   • https://drawercompanion.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
5. Where it says “Add title” click on that box
   • Add your title, or what you would like your clothing item to be called
6. Then on the right sidebar:
   • Where it says “Set featured image” click on that box.
7. Take a photo of the clothing item with your phone. Upload that photo to your computer.
   • Upload that image to the media library or click and drag the image into the media library.

8. In the media library click on the image until you see a blue checkmark on the upper right corner.
   • On the bottom right click “Set featured image”
9. Click the checkbox next to your name.
   • Then click the checkbox on the clothing drawer you put that clothing item in.
   • You must check off both your name (or toddler’s name) and the drawer name.
10. If you don’t see your drawer name there then you need to create a new drawer category.

Add a New Drawer (which drawer did you put your clothing item in)

1. In the same right sidebar scroll down until you see Categories
   • Click “Add New Category”
2. Enter the category name you want (what you want to call your clothing drawer)
3. For the parent category choose your name or your toddler’s name
   • Click the Add New Category button box when you are done.
4. If you want, you can also add a new tag in the same place.
   • Tags are used to additionally organize your clothes

Add a New Tag (to further organize your clothes)

1. Type in tags in “Add New Tag” box
   • Add multiple tags by separating them with commas

Publish Post

1. Finally on the top click on the blue Publish button.
   • You will have to click on this button twice
2. Then click on the Publish button again when it says “Are you ready to publish?”
3. Then click on View Post
4. Then back to the homepage.

And that’s it! As easy as that! Your clothes are organized.
